What happened in the 200s BC?
In the 200s BC (209–200 BC), the Chen Sheng and Wu Guang uprising led to the fall of Qin, and Liu Bang defeated Xiang Yu, founded the Han, and unified China. In the Mediterranean, Rome defeated Hannibal at the Battle of Zama to end the Second Punic War, and to the north Modu Chanyu became ruler of the Xiongnu.
